Yoga
This class is a mixture of flowing ‘vinyasa’ style yoga, with some slower held postures, relaxation and breathing techniques are taught throughout the class. You will feel strengthened, energised and relaxed after this session.
This is suitable for all ages and abilities, but call ahead if you have an injury.
Cost: €68 for 6 sessions or €14 per session.
Thursday evenings 8.30-10pm in the Kindergarten, Lady’s cross, Clonakilty.
