62 new houses completed in Dundalk in third quarter of the year
There were 62 new homes completed in Dundalk in the third quarter of the year.
That’s according to the latest figures from the Central Statistics Office today.
Their New Dwelling Completions Q3 2018 report shows there were 62 new dwellings built in the Dundalk Eircode region between July 1st and September 30th.
A further 134 were built in Drogheda bringing to 196 the number built in the area in the two areas in the third quarter. When the portion of Drogheda excluding Meath was omitted, there were 133 new houses and four new apartments built in Louth in the third quarter. This was up 21 on the same quarter of last year.
In total 4,673 new dwellings were completed nationwide in the third quarter.
