Appeal lodged against plans for three new homes on Mill Street

An appeal has been lodged against plans for three new houses on Mill Street in Dundalk.

Last month Karen Wiseman was granted conditional planning permission by Louth County Council for the development at 10 Mill Street.

Now an objection to those plans has been lodged with An Bord Pleanála by Gerard & Julie Bellew & Others.

The proposed development consists of 3 two storey houses, including two semi-detached and one detached house with vehicular parking and all associated site development works.

An Bord Pleanála will make a decision on the matter in the coming months.
