Bridge Street Studios to host afternoon tea this Saturday to launch new branding

Bridge Street Studios are celebrating the launch of their new branding on this Saturday May 18th with afternoon tea in their gallery from 1.30pm to 5pm.  Visitors are welcome.

The rebrand logo represents the studios building which is an 18th century red brick grain store. The idea behind all the different sized windows and doors symbolises the diversity of art, craft and people within. A combination of teal and mustard brings a  pop of colour to the new logo by graphic designer Paula Stapleton.

“We are really excited to share our new branding and feel it has a fresh and contemporary look,” says textile artist Rachel Tinniswood (pictured above).

The studio houses workspaces and a gallery/ shop for artists and makers including painters Orlaith Culinane and Orla Barry, ceramic artists Sarah McKenna and Mary Cowan along with textile artists Rachel Tinniswood, Fiona Quigley and Caoilfionn Murphy O’ Hanlon and art teacher Lisa Curran of ‘The Art Department’.

Bridge Street Studios at 97 Bridge Street is tucked away discreetly behind distinctive teal lattice gates opposite St Nicholas church. The studios gallery/ shop is open every Saturday 12:30-5:30pm.
