Bronze medal for Rafferty’s Fine Foods at Blás na hÉireann awards
There was silverware for Blackrock business Rafferty’s Fine Foods at the 11th annual Blás na hÉireann awards which took place in Dingle at the weekend.
The company, run by Declan Rafferty, won a bronze medal for their Sriracha Sea Salt Flakes.
They were one of two winners from Co Louth with Lily’s Tea Shop from Termonfeckin also claiming a Silver Medal for their Earl Grey Blue Flower.
Rafferty’s Fine Foods offer 12 different products from relish, chutney, jams, sauces and pates right through to their flavoured flakes, marinades and dressings.
The company, set up in 2013, has previously won a number of Great Taste Awards and Blás na hÉireann awards.
Their products are sold in a number of local stores including SuperValu at The Fairways.
