Cox’s Demesne Regeneration Project to get underway at the end of summer
Work on the first phase of the Cox’s Demesne Regeneration Project is expected to get underway at the end of summer.
Dundalk Town Councillors were told at their monthly meeting on Tuesday night that work on the project was likely to start in either August or September, with tenders to be invited in the next few weeks.
The first phase has a budget of €2.7m and will see 27 new homes constructed in Ashling Park. There will also be a looped road laid out, designed to prevent joy-riding and aimed at ensuring drivers keep to a 30km speed limit in the estate.
