Club PRO Pete Rowland said: “Awards like these are not won on their own and our current top position is the culmination of six years of hard work and dedication by a number of members who must be thanked.
“Firstly, to all the members who submitted images for selection in the various rounds, we could not have done it without you. Secondly to current and previous members who served on the Selection Committee over the past 6 years, in particular Denis Whelehan, Colm Kane and Gabriel O’Shaughnessy. Thanks to our current Selection Committee, Dave Martin, Tony McDonnell and Damien O’Malley who spent many hours over the last season pondering images before making their final selections and lastly but by no means least, a huge thank you to Denis Whelehan whose dedication, particularly in relation to the club’s entries to the PSA PID Interclub Competitions over the last six years has made this award possible.
“Thanks to all the judges and organisers of this great event,” said Pete.
