Fitzpatrick’s Bar and Restaurant has been placed on the market with a €1.5 million asking price.

The popular Rockmarshall premises, which won numerous awards over the years, closed its doors suddenly last month.

Now the premises is for sale through local estate agents Sherry FitzGerald Carroll.

The pub and restaurant sits on 8.57 acres and has a floor area extending to 6,727sq ft.
