Five new homes given the go ahead in Dromiskin
The go ahead has been given for five new homes in Dromiskin.
MWAC Properties Ltd have been granted conditional planning permission for the proposed development on the Commons Road by Louth County Council.
They are planning to demolish an existing house and construct five houses in its place. This will be made up of two semi-detached and one detached unit which will include 2, 3 and 4 bed dwellings.
They have also secured permission for a new vehicular entrance to the proposed development from the Commons Road. To facilitate this there will be a relocation of the car parking servicing two neighbouring dwellings to the north of the proposed development.
Plans for the five houses were first submitted last December but were held up by a request for significant further information, which was supplied in June.
