Louth homeless figures increase by 12.6% in June

There were 125 people homeless in Louth at the end of June.

That’s according to new figures from the Department of Housing, Planning and Local Government.

Their latest Homelessness Report for the period from June 18th to 24th 2018 shows there were 125 people homeless in Louth during the period in question.

This is an increase of 12.6% from the 111 who were classed as homeless in the county in May.

It is also up 13.6% from 110 in June last year.

In total there were 6,048 homeless adults in the country last month with 4,083 of these in Dublin.
