New home planned for site of The Stables on Hoey’s Lane
Plans have been drawn up for a new home on Hoey’s Lane in Dundalk.
Cormac McArdle has lodged a planning application with Louth County Council seeking permission to demolish the existing residential structure at The Stables.
In its place he hopes to construct a new dwelling house and upgrade the existing vehicular entrance.
A decision on the matter will be made by February 4th.
In August plans for six new homes at The Stables by Pat McArdle were rejected by the local authority.
