New plant machinery building given go ahead on Old Newry Road

A new plant machinery building has been given the go ahead on the Old Newry Road.

Colin Marmion has been granted conditional planning permission by Louth County Council to build a premises measuring 7.95m in height and 363.93sqm floor area for the sale, hire and repair of plant machinery.

The application also includes permission for an external yard, car-parking, external lighting, landscaping, temporary wastewater treatment system and associated site development works.

Mr Marmion runs the Hire Forklift business which has more than 20 years experience serving the North East.
