Number of local winners at North East regional finals of Irish Pub Awards

There were a number of local winners at the North East regional finals of the Irish Pub Awards in the Squealing Pig in Monaghan last night.

The Neptune in Blackrock picked up the award for ‘Best Outdoor Space’ while the award for Best Food Pub went to The Glyde Inn in Annagassan.

There was also success for PJ O’Hare’s in Carlingford, which picked up the award for ‘Outstanding Customer Service’.

Last night’s regional event was the last of the seven regional finals. Each of the winners will now go forward to the overall national award finals which take place in the RDS Concert Hall in Dublin on Wednesday November 21st.
