Phil Coulter to perform in Dundalk later this month

One of the country’s top musicians, Phil Coulter, is set to perform in Dundalk later this month.

The Derry native will be bringing his Gold and Silver Days nationwide tour to An Táin Arts Centre at the Town Hall on Saturday November 24th.

The tour is described as “an original retrospective on the work of one of our finest composers. A show for every lover of good music.”

Few can match Phil’s credentials having penned everything from Eurovision winners to folk classics, tender ballads to sporting anthems with his work influencing everyone from Luke Kelly to Elvis Presley.

Amongst his many hits include ‘Puppet on a String”, “Congratulations”, “The Town I Loved So Well”, “Scorn Not His Simplicity” and “Ireland’s Call”.

Tickets for the show are priced €27 each and are available online here or from the An Táin Arts Centre box office.
