‘An Rua’ is situated at Cockle Hill and is being sold with an asking price of €1.5 million by local estate agents DNG Duffy.
The site extends to approximately 2.315 hectares (5.72 acres) and is bordered by one off private residential houses and at its entrance by the AOH Hall. The lands have sea frontage of approximately 140 meters.
The land is zoned Residential 1, under the Louth County Development Plan 2015-2021.
Selling agent Keith Duffy described it as “one of the last remaining prime residential sites in Blackrock”.
