Valuation Office in Dundalk next week to answer queries from ratepayers
The Valuation Office will be in Dundalk next week to discuss any queries local business owners have in relation to their rates.
A revaluation of County Louth is currently underway. By now the majority of ratepayers should have received their proposed Valuation Certificate from the Valuation Office.
There was some confusion over how to calculate the rates, leading many business owners expressing concerns that their rates had jumped alarmingly.
Staff from the Valuation Office will be in Dundalk County Hall at the Millennium Centre on Tuesday and in the Drogheda Civic Offices on Fair Street on Wednesday from 10am to 4pm to answer any questions you have in relation to your revaluation.
